Refund policy

At Tendai, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienic garments designed for post-surgical recovery and body shaping. Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted under strict conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and not dry-cleaned  

- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging  

- All original accessories are included  

Return Process

- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return  

- Photo or video evidence may be required  

- Once approved, the item must be returned within 2 days via Special Delivery with tracking  

- Items returned without approval or outside the timeframe will not be accepted  

Refund Details

- Shipping fees are non-refundable  

- If your order included free shipping, that cost will also be deducted  

- Missing accessories or any signs of wear or damage may result in refusal of refund  

Sizing & Fit Issues

• Customers are responsible for choosing accurate measurements.

• Fit concerns must be reported within 24 hours with visual evidence.

• Our team may schedule a video call to verify sizing. If the garment fits as ordered, no exchange/refund will be granted.

• If the customer fails to cooperate, the return (if accepted) will follow the same refund policy.
