Welcome to Tendai. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
1. Product Use
Tendai garments are ready-to-wear compression pieces designed for post-surgical recovery, body shaping, and waist training. Due to their intimate nature, proper use and hygiene are essential.
2. Product Information
All garments are ready-to-wear. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our sizing guide. Tendai is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect sizing selection.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
· - Orders are processed in the order they are received.
· - Shipping times may vary based on destination and courier performance.
· - Tendai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
· - Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
· - Refunds are only available if the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
· - Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and return the item within 2 days via Special Delivery with tracking.
· - Shipping costs are non-refundable, including any free shipping provided.
· - Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing accessories will not be eligible for a refund.
· - Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cancellations
· - Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the item has been shipped.
· - If the item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
· - Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tendai website—including product designs, images, text, and branding—is the intellectual property of Tendai and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.
7. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Customer information is used only to process orders and provide customer support. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Tendai reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or cease communication with any customer engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse, or disrespect toward our team.
9. Communication Policy
We uphold a respectful communication standard. Any aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation of service and future orders.
